Project team
This page includes information about the Inclusive New Media Design project team. Because the project was only funded for two years, most team members have now left the project.
Helen Kennedy
was INMD project director. She oversaw the project and did some of the research. She has experience of managing new media projects, researching new media work and disability, and has published widely about new media.

Simon Evans
was a consultant researcher on the project. He has over 10 years experience of web development, training and consultancy in new media and disability, with specialist knowledge of intellectual disability.

Siobhan Thomas
carried out a lot of the research. She has experience of new media research. She is also an experienced new media designer.
Pat Staples
was the web project manager. She co-ordinated the development and maintenance of the project’s website. She is now a freelance web project manager.
Prisca Schmarsow
of
Eyedea designed this version of the INMD website. Some elements of the website design are based on an idea from Anuschka Fritz of Moustique Design. Prisca made the animations in the ‘maximum accessibility‘ section, designed the rest of the site, and collaborated on the build of the site.
Ben Shaw
of
Boshanka made a previous version of the INMD website. He also collaborated to build this version of the INMD website.
Pippa Sweeney
was the project’s administrator.
